Philip William McKinley directed the five-time Tony-nominated Broadway musical The Boy From Oz. His recent work includes directing Spider-man: Turn Off The Dark, conceiving/directing the multi-million dollar circus-spectacular Voyage de la Vie in Singapore and collaborating with Police drummer, Stewart Copeland, on the operatic sports-spectacular Ben Hur Live. McKinley directed the critically acclaimed Barnum’s Kaleidescape and conceived and directed the 128th-133rd and 135th editions of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey’s The Greatest Show on Earth, earning him the recognition of creating more editions of this American icon than any other living person. Currently McKinley is developing the original movie musical State of Affairs with producer Dean Zanuck.
